Many gravel events are combining gravel, road, jeep road chonk and singletrack. The need for a fast and capable gravel bike that both inspires confidence and is a blast to race/ride was the inspiration for adding the Cenote to our lineup.

The geometry blends concepts from our Terlingua, SL, and Yaupon models. The Cenote is built around a longer front center with a longer TT, slacker HTº and a touch steeper STº  than our Terlingua Gravel Bike. The Cenote is best paired to shorter stems 50-80mm, wider bars and tires 42-50mm. The result is the ultimate underbike!

Future Proofing:

  • A quick change of the sliding dropout insert and you can run UDH, T-Type, singlespeed, or traditional mount derailleurs.

  • Also available with our Integrated FM dropouts for UDH.

  • The frameset will clear a 700x50mm tire

  • Big chainring clearance 44T on normal chainlines

  • Fits common axle to crowns of all the big hitter suspension fork companies, Cane Creek, Fox, Rockshox

Why choose the PMW Sliding w/Flat Mount dropout option? (included in frame price)

A quick change of the sliding dropout insert and you can run UDH, T-Type, singlespeed, or traditional mount derailleurs. Use this dropout to gain 20mm of adjustable chainstay and wheelbase. This feature offers the widest range of tire fitment and ride characteristics. The forward slider position provides a responsive ride or move it aft to make the ride more stable. Both sides of the dropout have replaceable Flat Mount inserts/hangers.

Why choose the PMW Direct UDH Integrated Flat Mount dropout option? (option in frame customizations +$250)

Some riders aesthetically prefer the brake caliper mounted on the chainstay. It certainly looks tidy! What you lose in adjustability when compared to the Sliding Dropout is made up for with a lighter weight dropout system.
