Steps to receive a free quote or order a complete or partial build:

  1. Select a custom build form above.

  2. Choose your components or have us recommend them.

  3. If you know your frame choice/size, we highly recommend placing a frame order to reserve your position in our build queue while we plan your components.

  4. We’ll email you ASAP with a build quote full of your selections and any recommendations. Add support@chumbausa.com to your email address book.

  5. Review your custom-build quote.

  6. From here send over revisions or we can plan any changes together over the phone. To get onto our production schedule, you can place a frame order at any time.

  7. We can always plan the final build kit, component colors and frame finish after a frame has been purchased.

  8. Your bike is now in production! We are working in the shop to efficiently and precisely build your frame. We can plan final assembly and delivery instructions now. We offer worldwide shipping via Bikeflights UPS.
